This seems to be from a dedicated joke wiki not wikipedia. Mediawiki is a software anyone can set up.

I mean I get you, but it does need to be totally open for editting, and that's what the history and discussion pages are for--to add some hive mind filtering.

It bothers me when wiki becomes seen as gospel by those that may not have history on something, and so it needs a method of alteration. Sure that will be abused, but then it gets rolled back.
