I just smashed a bowl of eggplant curry and coconut rice

I meal prepped shepard's pies in my new IKEA glass tupperware. I'm having my first one, bake in the dish with mash on top. It's really tasty. Maggi Gravy mix and Worcestershire sauce flavours.

I just made a black rice fried rice. Not my best, but I'm tired after a long week.
