Hardware support

NVK currently supports Kepler (GeForce 600 and 700 series) and later GPUs up to and including Ada (RTX 4000 series), as well as consumer Blackwell GPUs (RTX 5000 series).

Because i couldn't find any information about support for 800M laptop series.

And neither on https://vulkan.gpuinfo.org/ this card only showed that is was supported on windows 10 with vulkan 1.0.

800M is weird. It's Fermi, Kepler and Maxwell. You need to look up your specific gpu to see what architecture it uses.

Edit: It's even stupider than I thought. Some of the 800M series are either Fermi or Kepler. Like the 820M is both. You need to make sure the GPU family is Maxwell or Kepler.

The 800M series is first generation Maxwell architecture, if that is your question (basically slightly upgraded processors from the 700 series rebranded for mobile). All but the early 860M which is still Kepler for some reason. Nvidia numbering is weird.
