Narcissistic sociopaths have a massively negative influence on society. While it may be a slippery slope, if there was a way to just excise that trait and prevent anything else from being considered, I'd be 100% in.

I did a quick search since testing IVF embryos for high intelligence potential sounded really bogus to me. Apparently it can be marginally predicted for a only couple of IQ points, and comes with the added bonus of potential for selecting for other detrimental effects.
