Honestly? Redraw it on some real, proper artistic paper and expand on it. It's beautiful, and sad, too. TBIs are no joke. I hope things return to normal for you soon. And try to rest your eyes, in the meantime. A warm eye pillow helps.

My only critique would be to draw in some blank paper, get a nice proper sketchbook l. your drawings and sketches deserve a nice home!
