Fun fact: due to the Vulkanization process, the rubber in tires is a single massive molecule.

    Thats wrong. The entire thing doesn't cross link. Vulcanization increases the polymer chain lengths until it crosses into being more of a solid. Polymers are like big balls of spaghetti and longer noodles make them more solid.

    Michelin just wrote a guidebook to get people to travel more and use more tires. Probably a better strategy in the long run.
