I have a myofascial injury that many times has gotten into overwhelming pain where I'm unable to avoid screaming. Screaming can help, because it vibrates my body from the inside. I'm used to it being intolerated - e.g. too challenging to acknowledge or verify - to bring up being in pain. It also usually isn't tolerated to scream either. I don't know how to avoid making others angry currently regarding the injury.

I'm sorry for disturbing others, though I don't know of a way to avoid this. I've tried requesting others to consensually kill me, though couldn't find an option. I took a vow to refrain from suicide, and want to keep this vow.
