I work in a hospital. Had a very young patient die that way recently. I don't work directly with the patients, but I am very tangentially involved in the process of determining whether or not an organ is viable for transplant. The case basically had me going "what the fuck". They had their whole life ahead of them.

One of the minor hosts of Mythbusters died that way too.
