What about it's Bluetooth and Wi-Fi capabilities? Covering them only solves the problem of video.

Do we have any copies of an actual Flock contract with any municipality? Why is it so common to resort to physically covering them? Why don't they have the ability to turn them off -- why don't they have full control of them? And why can't they simply remove them*?

*Oh, Flock doesn't want their property interfered with? That's fine. Store all the cameras and associated equipment in a warehouse somewhere, and Flock can come pick them up whenever they feel like it. (Storage fees will begin to accrue after 5 business days.)
