Wouldn't be needed if certain company just would do what every other GPU company is doing...

Fixed a bug that could cause suspend and resume to fail on systems with runtime D3 (RTD3) power management enabled.
I hope this fixes the problem on my laptop! Gonna try it later.
The only fix I want is DisplayPort audio to stop dropping when the card shifts out of the lowest power state.
