There’s an option under settings to not allow iCloud photos. I’m with you, I don’t want anything from my phone to show on the TV lol.

Turn off photo streaming from iCloud in the settings

I believe you should be able to delete the app on the tv but if not you can put the questionable photos in the hidden folder on your phone/mac. That’s where all my sexy photos go and they are locked with Face ID

Put it in your hidden folder it won’t appear on the tv then. Well actually I can’t confirm that totally but that stuff won’t show up in the photos.

Move the questionable photos to the ‘Hidden’ album and no one will be able to accidentally see them if they happen to view your photos using the Photos apps on the Apple TV. That’s why Apple created the ‘Hidden’ album.

I honestly wish you could choose to search the hidden album. Either search from in it, or check a box in search, unlock biometric, and boom — included.

I’d love to use the hidden album more but it’s a bit neutered once you start really filling it up.

Why are your nudes on your icloud anyway? That’s asking to be hacked.

If photos or movie have personal sensitive material, DON’T store it in the cloud, doesn’t matter who’s the service provider. Don’t trust it. Don’t leave in you phone too, be can be stolen and making very easy to preying eyes.

Buy an external mnve drive that has password lock and store it in a safe place.

Just set those photos/videos to private. This has been available for several years. Ensure full iCloud encryption is on and your good.

I never logged into it so mine is not confirmed, it just says view icloud / shared but if you click on either, it asks for approval via phone. Is there no way to undue that?

Create new iCloud account and share benefits with it such as Apple TV and use it strictly for tv nothing else - photos are excluded along with everything else

How much would it cost us to have you leave it and tell us about it?

I only used shared album. My wife and I add any new photos of the kids and family and set it as screensaver. It’s nice having an ever changing screen saver on there. And unlike your hidden photos, your family will love it.

If you don’t want friends and family to judge you harshly, also delete Peacock.

I don’t even have my photos set up on mine. I set everything else up but I left photo app untouched. Weird it’s even on the Apple TV if you ask me

Use this on your phone for photos. It encrypts them, hides them behind a 'audio management panel', or 'calculator', or other fake app which you long press on the title or some such, enter a pin, and it lets you into the photos, videos, apps and things you want hidden.
