This is why, even now, I’ve never succumbed to hubris regarding the dangers of Covid. We REALLY want it to be “just a cold,” but it’s not a cold. It’s neurological, and it’s stealthier than us. Those who have friends with “long Covid” know it’s no joke:

looked into it, seems that american dad and family guy also made jokes mentioning covid.

Family Guy also made a covid joke in their latest episode

"Is dad okay?" "It's brain fog from having covid 12 times."

As someone that's had it 5 times, I hope these are just jokes and not something I should be worried about
