Breakfast was vegemite toast for main, peanut butter & honey toast for sweet.
Couple of mandarins for mid afternoon.

there is no way in hell I'd ever collect shells to eat from just off the beach , maybe the far reaches of Ninety Mile Beach, but everywhere else is now a bit dodgy
Leftovers, so more lentil fish curry!

A celebratory dinner of chop chop salad with 2 eggs, 2 pickled beets, 2 small onions, 2 tbs of mayo and 2 potatoes....
