I even avoid “dishwasher safe” plastic in the dishwasher too. It’s just hard to believe those things don’t shed/leech microplastics.

Microwaving your food is bad for you. Kills nearly all the nutrients in your food. Haven’t used one in a year and don’t miss it. Many other ways to reheat your food that improves flavor and texture. And it’s healthier.
