The city-oriented community I mod !Winnipeg@lemmy.ca is doing well -- better that nothing anyway. The rest are kind of quiet unless I post. I'm okay with this. Rome wasn't built in a day ;)
!Womensstuff@piefed.blahaj.zone is doing well, steady and solid. Loads of lovely members which is great!
Pretty happy where things are at. We actually seem to be growing faster nowadays than we did at the old instance. I'll admit I'm still kind of bitter about losing so many of our original subscribers, but c'est la vie, moaning me, c'est la vie.
Meanwhile, I'm not sure how this looks to the rest of the FV, but in PieFed, one can add some info about themselves as a 'hover-popup,' so I'm experimenting with advertising our place a bit that way.
I was pretty dang bummed-out by losing Lemm.ee, but now find myself oddly reinvigorated only a little while later. In truth, this project has turned in to nice little hobby, if only to escape the dreadful news of the day.
I finally managed to come up with an idea for a community. it is called !pet_ivl@discuss.tchncs.de
It is single poster mostly but that is fine as it is very special interest

Launch of !strategy_games@piefed.world went pretty well. Getting some engagement and there is a solid initial group of subscribers.
Like with the relatively specialized gaming communities that I moderate/curate, I suspect the biggest issue will be that I will the main person posting.
