No experience here but you should post your age, if you are comfortable doing that. My experience is age makes a big difference to rate of recovery.

Tendons and the like are always slow to heal. As long as your PT likes the progress, I.guess you'll have to wait it out.
Edit: on the other hand, they don't need to be fully healed to resume training, as long as you're taking it slowly. You could ask your PT for (alternative) exercises you can already resume doing.

Right, relevance, posted this here cause it’s hugely affected my workout routine. All bench movements are out and I’ve had to throw in calisthenics. Which is fine, but I’d kill for my wrist to fully recover
