Japanese convenience store launches chilled ‘drinkable mayo’

This sounds so vile disgusting and vomit inducing that it loops right back around to "I wonder what this would actually be like to consume....."
I've heard Japanese people think this way of people who drink milk.
I wish I could find the quote from Post Brothers Comics where one of the characters melts a jar of mayonnaise in the microwave and then offers it to his guest as a drink, ever the kindly host.

Pizza Hut Japan has the Idaho Special: bacon, corn, mayonnaise, cheese and potato. It's honestly quite good.

Went to Asian market yesterday to pickup some stuff, and there's a whole section dedicated to mayonnaise.
They love their mayo.
