I'm at a crossroads in my career. My company has given me a great opportunity for personal development, but I feel like I have just let go of a role I was good at, and now cannot live up to it with what I'm doing now.

Sure why not. I'll take one please :) I'm finishing up school this summer and then will be gearing up to take a big exam to get licensed and certified for the thing I've been going to school for, so definitely some big things coming up!
