So their value skyrockets at the start of the pandemic, then they lose a bunch of value as the pandemic waned bringing them back to a normal level. Rather than accept this and focus on maintaining their user base and providing a quality product, management back to back makes decisions to simultaneously piss off the user base and now their employees. Elon level geniuses over there.
