Got headache the whole day. Figured it was caffeine withdrawal since I forgot to brew a mug yesterday.

Today I break fast with a cup of coffee and now after 1hr the headache went away. I guess it really was caffeine withdrawal.

I also don't think I'm a heavy caffeine addict, as I usually only drink 1/2 a mug a day, but damn the withdrawal headache is still real.
