Where are some good places to move to? I was thinking about Washington State, but I'm not sure I could handle the snow.

But, yeah, I need to be near a metro area to be happy permalink fedilink source parent hideshow 2 child comments replies: [–] tkohldesac@lemmy.world 4 points 2 years ago* (1 child) I’d personally recommend Vancouver then. Lived there in an apartment for a year and it was a nice mix of urban, suburban and rural. Basically drive 15 minutes in any direction and you’re in a new biome. Personally looking to move back there once I get a new job and sell the house. permalink fedilink source parent hideshow 2 child comments replies: [–] classic@fedia.io 3 points 2 years ago I've just assumed I'd be priced out of, well anything, there. But I've certainly considered it. Haven't been there in quite a long time though. I should visit there again permalink fedilink source parent
