I saw someone post and Android customization so here its mine:
Launcher: Lawnchair
Icon pack: Arcticons
Terminal: Termux
Floating Terminal: Termux:Float

It still is sadly. I think its still the best fullyFOSS one out there. At least for me.

    No need to compile yourself, Lawnchair is NOT dead.

    Join their telegram group, they share Dev builds there. Or, you can install Gooolers builds from GitHub: https://github.com/Goooler/LawnchairRelease

    Personally I use Gooolers.
