My GF is into a bit more than me and has a decently higher sex drive. At one point, I was feeling especially vanilla and not that into it (enthusiasticly consenting but also it not really being the thing I was really feeling at the time). Eventually things start heating up and she's asking me to do a bunch of stuff that I'd normally consider a huge fantasy, particularly rougher stuff. I mentioned something about how I wasn't super into that at the moment and she eventually had me opening up about how I was feeling and stopped so that we could just cuddle for a bit instead.

It's not as wild as most stories but something about her being so considerate of my feelings in an hugely intimate way made me fall in love with her all over again. (On a side note, I'm more or less racing her to get a permanent home and job so I can propose first. We both need to finish grad school but she's also got medical residency so I have a chance!)
