Prioritise your prayer at all times. Time your gear and prayer switches to happen between phases so you spend the most time inflicting damage. If you're having difficulty switching, use void with only a weapon, helm and cape switch. Use veng if you're feeling spicy for some extra damage. And don't worry about it needing many attempts, I think it took me 16 deaths before I got my first kill, you'll get there.
