@JoeySteel is truly legendary as he was a top-tier power poster who was banned over three years ago, so only the oldest posters remember him.
Still has some of the best effort posts on this site tbh
Why did they ban him?
Sectarianism. And tbf, he could get pretty sectarian. No one wanted to ban him, we all loved the posts. But the site is committed to not being sectarian like that, so at some point it was just too much.
Who he did dunk on?
IIRC anarchists. Not fake libs who call themselves “anarchists” but actual anarchist comrades.
As an anarchish, I was against this ban.
