Mine is this cheeseburger quesadilla with cherry hots. I used to force myself to always eat different things and vegetables etc etc but it's been really nice this past year to give myself permission to let go of some of that and let myself off the hook to eat what I want without judgment

I have a couple.

Sometimes just rice, furikake or whatever it is, sesame seeds, and spring onion. If fancy I toast the rice.

Sometimes kimchi pancakes, or chickpea flour pancakes. They come together quick and are relatively nourishing.

Often a slow cooked chilli non carne or bolognaise. It's lazy and healthyish

And on zero function days I just pressure cook lentils with rice, heat oil with random spices, then pour it over the protein and carb mush.

I like food too much to have just one haha
