Piracy wouldn't be a problem if companies were providing easy access for a low price. I stopped paying for Netflix when I got it from a rep that because I was living in a non-English-speaking country that I couldn't have access to the English voice track of a show I wanted to watch. Subscriptions are the next iteration of the console wars.
