[–] kristina@hexbear.net 43 points 2 years ago (1 child) What an awful gun to hand a kid, bet she can barely aim it due to it's weight permalink fedilink source hideshow 2 child comments replies: [–] somederp@hexbear.net 16 points 2 years ago* (2 children) A 16 or 20 gauge semi-auto shotgun with plastic furniture is actually a great starter gun for a kid. I know many folks that teach their kids to hunt water-fowl for food with a 20 gauge semi-auto shotgun. If money is no object, you can get them as light as 5lbs (~2.26 KG) but most would be in the 6-7 lbs (2.5-3KG) range. permalink fedilink source parent hideshow 4 child comments replies: [–] kristina@hexbear.net 9 points 2 years ago (1 child) Hm idk if that's plastic or not.
