Hello friends, do you reset your iPhone? I have never rested my iPhone yet, more than 18 months since I bought it. But my friend adviced me to reset it every 6 months Is it true ?

I've never had too. I've went from the 7+, 10s, 13 without a factory reset. The person who told you that must have came from Android originally.
