    No one is contesting the million dollar that is definitely good. My point is that the New header sounds much better than the actual plan. They are overselling it and capping it to a low value. therefore it's (to me) a bad marketing campaign. I'm not talking about the good things being done.

    If they didn’t cap it they might actually end up donating money to the charity at the end of the year when they do their tax write offs. All companies keep a low cap to avoid actually donating. That’s why they ask customers to donate instead of just donating themselves because that donation they use to pay off their taxes.

    Always so no. Panda Express has already agreed to pay X amount to them for the year. They simply use rounding up as marketing and a way to offset their donation.
