when can we demand a Chelsea title for this amount of spending? Should be winning the league this season nevermind next.
The money clearly wasn’t spent on assembling a squad to win the league immediately or even in the next 2 seasons.
It’s like spending £10k a year on your child’s private school then being upset they haven’t received their First from Oxbridge aged 12
