[Feature request] Highlight user comments, posts and mentions (feddit.de)

As the title said I'd like to have some sort of visual indication which comments and posts are made by me or mention me.

Yes I can look for my user name but that's not convenient. Maybe coloring the right border of my post in the current primary color is a good way to do that.

I agree. I'd also like to see the name of the OP for each post highlighted in their comment responses.
