I guess that is by pressing that small reset button? If so I already did that twice. If it isna software update issue, it fails either way
I meant inside the modems software.

No where in there is there a reset. I've looked but anyway I have a tech coming to look at it on Saturday. Hopefully he can fix it or at the very least if he has modems on hand go back to renting

Yeah using the web manager doesn't have anything for a reset
Ah ok usually they have a factory reset option in there plus a restart router one. I don't know that router though. Sorry.
It's a modem not a router
