I'm a layman, I don't understand QoS. There are 20 on my router/modem that I didn't make (alien.top)

I was wondering if it was normal to have 20 active/in queue. I recently had a huge malware problem on my network and I'm trying to figure out what happened.

Please let me know if there's anything sus I should check for on my modem/router.

Update the firmware pronto to the latest version. You don’t know if the hacker left access in the source.
