Is your LTE Apple Watch making you decrease iPhone screen-time usage? (alien.top)

I've bought an Apple Watch Series 6 LTE, and I've noticed that my screen-time has decreased a lot. I feel that I'm not that addicted to my iPhone.

I feel more free when I go for a walk or shopping wearing just my watch. Now I can left my iPhone at home.

What about you?

I have a non LTE version but it does too, the Watch is in my pocket, unused
