Guys I’m so sad I’ve only had my macbook for 2 months and I’ve been taking a lot of care of it but it already has a dent somehow, no idea how it even got there. I’ve legit used the headphone jack 2 times and it looks so bad now since it’s a little caved in.

Are you sure it wasn’t always there? Honestly seems like it could be a factory defect you are just now noticing.

Thought the same. My 14 inch M1 Pro has a dent on the thin part of the top lid. And it was like that from the factory (noticed it right after unboxing). So maybe that is the case with yours
