Thoughts on turning off always on display? (alien.top)

I just got the new AW Ultra and the battery lasted me about a day and a half. Then Without meaning to I turned off the Always On and it’s been 12 hours since last full charge and it just hit 90%…. That’s such a relief.

I turned it off on my S8. You can’t see the widgets or running seconds anyway, so I didn’t consider it worth the battery drain.
