So...I have internet via DOCSIS3.1 cable. I have 3 moca adapters connected to provide wired LAN in a couple of remote spots. I need to connect a rooftop antenna to a tuner near the router. I only have a single coax connection, including the roof.

Before I climb around up there and purchase an antenna, can anyone tell me if all 3 signals (cable internet ingress, MoCA, and over the air TV) can co-exist on the same coax line?

Thanks in advance.

They cannot.

MoCA can coexist with either, but OTA and cable have overlapping frequency ranges, precluding their sharing coax.

  • MoCA (retail/Ext. Band D): 1125-1675 MHz
    ---
  • cable: 5-1002 MHz
  • OTA: 54-607 MHz

May require extra coax or relocating the modem/router or OTA target.
