Using Apple TV as a casual gaming device, mostly Apple Arcade (alien.top)

Hey folks -
I play a LOT of games on my iPhone 15, but I'm curious how the newest gen Apple TV would be for a couch option. Do any of you use this as a gaming device? Can you use a controller with it like you can on the iPhone?

I'd use it for our TV as well but I'm curious how the gaming experience is on it.

Steam Link + Ubisoft + Epic Games + Gog + Retro Arch + Apple Arcade. I'm a light gamer but i tried the following and it's great. Most games use the Xbox layout but the PlayStation controller works great also.
