Chris Kirkland did a heart breaking interview on Talkshite yesterday. He's really open about his addiction, relapses and how he's trying to stay clean. It really is reckless, the availability of these opiates.

On a less important reason for banning this, when cycling banned it, one of the reasons was.it was impairing riders' judgement and they were more likely to make dangerous decisions in races.
