Pills don't work for me at all!
Do you find high sugar bothers you in general? If the pills don't do anything you might have an intolerance for some specific form of sugar. I have a fructose malabsorption and it sucks because I also have a sweet tooth, haha.
Damn you might be on to something... I swear anything with added sugar bothers me and I've been realizing that recently. What symptoms do you get? I feel like heartburn is the main thing I notice with sugar and/or milk
Not to be gross but my main symptoms are gas and diarrhea. It's worth talking with your doctor about, there are tests that can help narrow down exactly what's causing you issues.
