I traveled early June, noticed my tag didn't beep so I got home, logged a replacement tag, they go "No worries, we wont charge you for any tolls for the proceeding couple of days and until your new tag is confirmed received". Want to guess what I just received in the mail? If you guessed a toll invoice I have bad news for you: You are clearly too smart to work for Linkt. I try to be patient with call center staff, its not their fault they work for soul sucking corporations. But man we are 35 minutes in and they are still trying to tell me it is a valid invoice.
