    Thanks! My last trip was near Baker Lake. My next one is going to be near Packwood! I just started backpacking last year, and Iโ€™m slowly getting out there.

    WA state is beautiful, I've hiked through it on the PCT and would love to go back one day! How was Baker Lake?

    It was gorgeous during the day. We were right by the lake and got some great views. At night, we had a sudden thunderstorm pass through (with tons of rain and lightning ofc). Definitely an experience to remember!
