Half-Orc?

Everything is a lie...

I know is probably due to not having "Goblin" as a race in the software.

Goblin's a race in the software. We own Volo's and Monsters of the Multiverse.

If you look closely at the art, her skintone has changed slightly, her ears are shorter, her teeth are different:

Ah, the “Gauntlets of the Arcane Fist” are gauntlets of ogre power, with a few small extras - reincarnate doesn’t just let you boost stats - or all the cool kids would be doing it

That's a pretty long story, but the half-orc result is from the reincarnate spell and a (lucky??) roll.
