Looks like a more cluttered version of KISS Launcher
Yeah kiss launcher is great, plus you can use it to replace google assistant as well which is a huge bonus if you don't install google apps
Based on the screenshots I see of KISS Launcher online they have extremely little in common apart from minimalism. Niagara can be exceedingly minimalist, though.
