"Taking" is what we're calling "kidnapping for raping, and/or indoctrination, interrogation, torture, etc.", now?

Sure let's be pendantic about my obvious point

Taking people against their will should imply everything you felt you had to add, without having to say it.

Also why is everyone on this app so fn high strung, like 75% of replies seem to be people trying to pick fights, some of y'all just seem addicted to ragebait, and FOR REAL take that shit to Facebook or Xitter.

I was making a joke, sorry. Also, maybe clueing in anyone who (somehow) isn't familiar w/ the bullshit. I meant no offense. 🙇🏼‍♂️

In a similar vein, that response could benefit from a breath, though I'm genuinely sorry that's been your experience here. 🥲 😅

FWIW, I've had mostly good interactions with our fellow lemmings, even after the reddit exodus. So, I know decent people exist here. Hope you stick around and find 'em. 🫡

The good old /s would have helped, but yeah I know I'm already high strung, I'm just used to people around me pulling me back to normalcy, but man some of these people seem to want to fight over dumb shit, no different at all from Reddit or worse, but I'm not here too often, although more often now with all of the enshittification, but it's like "damn I definitely do not want to check my inbox" lol.

Also I've been banned from Reddit for years and have been generally glad to not be able to participate in the comments, so maybe I'm just not used to handling modern Internet discourse anymore.
