Why.. Why would you?

I mean rhetorical, but god why. I want many layers between me and any internet browser.

    Not OP, but it's insanely useful for microcontroller stuff

    Was part of a team who created an esp32 based gadget for "regular" people at a convention, and it was super easy to set up a website that reflashed the device if they wanted to change something or messed something up

    No need for users to install weird sdks, tool chains or using a terminal

    This. I have installed wled via espressifs ide and tools. It's doable. A lot more work.

    I'm all for the isolation and such. It absolutely shouldn't be avalible to just any website. But comparatively it's way easier.
