Call me a conspiracy theorist, but I think the bad aiming was an inside job. No way somebody can get so close to kill a President with modern day security.

John Oliver just did a story on just how overworked, poorly staffed, poorly disciplined and poorly paid the secret service is. It's a wonder there haven't been more close calls for the last several decades.
