Criminalize cops and prosecutors enforcing laws differentially based on the wealth of the suspects or victims.

    I’d go one step further and eliminate qualified immunity. Give citizens the ability to bring charges against cops for violating any of their rights. If the cops can’t produce bodycam footage of the incident, it’s a default judgment against them.

    Now you have to prove intent, notoriously difficult without a recording or confession. Most of the problem here lies with lack of legal representation, which is the prime difference in the rich and poor in the first place.
