I've seen (っ◔◡◔)っ ♥ babypossum ♥ a few times in a parking lot. They're pretty underweight, dirty, and have unclipped ears so I think they might be a stray. Very sweet though and completely calm around my dog, so I'm going to try to get them scanned for a chip at a vet if I see them in the day.

It's been a goal of mine, my life's only ambition, to get my dog a friend named (っ◔◡◔)っ ♥ babypossum ♥. It was going to be a little grey shelter mutt. But a white cat that only appears at night, that's the universe telling me something important.

It varies from jurisdiction to jurisdiction, but it's one of the ways that a spayed/neutered animal is indicated. My dog has a line tattoo next to his crotch instead, but especially with outdoor cats an ear missing the tip is a sign to animal control that they don't need to trap it again. (っ◔◡◔)っ ♥ babypossum ♥ seems young enough, maybe 1-5 years old, that I think they might be a stray that hasn't been captured yet. I haven't checked their belly yet for the tattoo that normally goes on pets being fixed by their owners/shelters.

My cat had the tip of his ear clipped too and for the longest time I wondered if it was a birth defect or an accident, wonder if it's that when he got snipped?
